By subscribing to Simple Hormones, you're agreeing to the following:

1. You acknowledge that Simple Hormones courses are educational and informational, designed exclusively to teach patients about hormones and hormone optimization. Enrolling in Simple Hormones courses does not create a provider-patient relationship between a course student and Steve Goldring. As a licensed healthcare practitioner, your patients' healthcare remains solely your responsibility.
2. All materials, videos, images, and ancillary resources included in Simple Hormones courses are the intellectual property of Steve Goldring and The Hormone Pharmacist, LLC. Your subscription does not give you any ownership rights over the content in the courses.
3. You have the right to share the Simple Hormones courses included in your plan with an unlimited number of patients in your medical practice. You can share the course login pages with patients through email, printed materials, on your website, and in any other way that works for you.
4. Feel free to let other providers know how they might benefit from their own Simple Hormones subscription in their practice. You do not have the right, however, to share your subscription or the courses with other healthcare practitioners for the use of patients outside your own medical practice.
5. You may not download, copy, save, or publicize any Simple Hormones courses, videos, written materials, or any other resources included in the courses, except as explicitly authorized (eg., "Downloadable Patient Handouts")
6. The power of Simple Hormones lies in the fact that the each course forms an entire "package" that helps transform students lives. That power is lost when the courses are chopped up into individual pieces and posted on various websites. You may not publish or post individual videos or other Simple Hormones course materials on your website, on any social media sites, or on any other online platform without explicit, written permission from Steve Goldring and The Hormones Pharmacist, LLC.
7. You can share YouTube videos freely. Videos posted by Steve Goldring on YouTube are not subject to any restrictions other than those created by YouTube and the Simple Hormones channel.
8. You acknowledge that Steve Goldring and his team may choose to contact individuals who have enrolled in Simple Hormones courses through email and/or within the courses themselves.
9. Refund requests are subject to a processing fee, at the discretion of Steve Goldring.
